AHARAJ YOGA
Aharaj yoga is a powerful practice of personal protection, empowerment & transformation.
This dynamic practice has been called a fusion between Yoga and Martial Arts. It is the art & discipline of mastering your inner state, preserving, protecting, and directing your personal power to achieve your highest purposes.
This integral system of empowerment unifies all energies – physical, emotional, and mental- through concrete forms & movements. With regular practice you develop an inner state of stability, the ability to call upon powerful resources within you at any moment, and strength to direct this energy consciously towards your goals.

Yoga for Infinite Love & Kindness
In this yoga practice, we will awaken our awareness and release into the flow of infinite love and kindness. Using the prana energy in the breath, linked with physical movement and yoga postures, we will open our hearts with a series of light and joyful poses.
This will be a 1-hour mixed-level practice, suitable for beginners and advanced students.
Practice with a yoga mat, or in direct connection with mother earth. Yoga is available to every-body without judgement. Every-one is unique and beautiful. All are welcome!

Authentic Movement- A Tale of the Soul Through Dance
Eleni Theoharis
Our story starts with rhythm and sound. As we awaken our spirits, we awaken our bodies. As our bodies awaken, we begin to tell the tales of lives long ago. We begin to share the movements of memories filled with joy and memories filled with despair. Join us for this 1.5 hour workshop where we embrace our soul through embodied movement and dance. It is the ultimate form of self expression. Here we let soul speak. The sound will set the stage. This will be an opportunity to play in the depths of your own imagination. To explore the deepest parts of your being. Come share your story!
Eleni Theoharis is a warrior of light sharing her gifts with world. She has a passion for movement, dance, the body and spirit. Eleni means ray of light. Theoharis means God’s hand. And with her name she brings love and light to all. Share a vibration!

FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS
Introduction to the Family Constellation Philosophy:
Where do I belong?
In the midst of family collisions, power struggles, love and suffering, there is a core place that is simply ours. What does that mean?
It means that as we are born into a family, into a tribe that is relevant for our survival, we take a place, and we never lose it, regardless of what happens to us in life.
From this particular place, we act in accordance to universal laws and principles of life, with full strength and immense connectedness.
Today’s worldview often hinders our connection to this place of strength and belonging.
